Deodar Drive
The owners of this home had cosmetically renovated half of the house already. They enlisted us to overhaul the exterior and complete the second half of the interior renovation.
Existing tiled roof and internal plasterboard ceiling was removed and original roof trusses were reconstructed on site to create a raked ceiling in the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and ensuite. With a new colourbond roof, weatherboard cladding and paint plus the addition of a carport and small front entry extension, the house was transformed. The existing garage was converted into a master bedroom and ensuite.
Warrina Crescent
A knock down rebuild designed by Stuart Osman for a Family of 4 plus their dogs Bob and Frank. The result, a 2 storey, light filled, airy and serene environment with a neutral, contemporary interior.
Horizons Apartment
Renovation of a two bedroom, two bathroom beachside Apartment transformed from it’s original state to become a cool, calm, inviting space predominantly for Air Bnb Guests.
Long Island Court
Front facade facelift and addition of carport, new driveway and front fence for an original home in Mermaid Waters.
By simply cladding the brick exterior with weatherboards, together with the vision of the owners, we were able to turn this tired looking property into a revived space that is a pleasure to come home to.
Solnamara Apartment
Renovation of a one bedroom, two bathroom apartment with the incorporation of a second bedroom. The goal to give the Owner a space more suited to her individual style and personality. A charming, plant filled home with fresh, updated finishes.
Jabiru Avenue
A complete Exterior renovation, maintaining the structure of the building, giving the original bricks new life with fresh white paint, a roof re-spray and new landscaping, a swimming pool refurbishment and addition of carport, new driveway and new front fence.
The interior of the home was completely gutted, making way for a more open, Family-friendly space designed to embrace the north facing aspect of the home. Design by BCG Building Design.

On this project we worked closely with our clients to turn the original features of their home into something more of a statement.
New herringbone pattern, engineered timber flooring, new kitchen and bathroom both featuring stunning terrazzo tiles and custom made joinery. New exterior hardwood decking.
Sitella Crescent
A full Interior renovation with the removal of unnecessary internal walls, a completely new kitchen, bathroom, ensuite, new flooring throughout, a conversion of garage to a family room/study space, new front door and timber sliding doors.
This project was part of a plan to successfully on-sell.
Currumbin
This project was a complete rejuvenation of the existing bathroom and ensuite. We completely gutted both rooms and together with the clients, created new bespoke, sophisticated spaces using stunning natural Carrara marble tiles, custom made joinery featuring solid blackbutt timber and matt black fittings and fixtures.
